Thanks so much to Shirley for capturing a key moment in last night’s show. It’s the moment when all the hard work, all the apprehension, all the unknown territory disappeared, and all at once I was completely comfortable in the new surroundings of this multimedia show. This photo was taken at the moment the audience started laughing for first time – laughing hysterically at the Sun & Moon’s romantic encounter in The Eclipse. It was the first film of the evening, and when I saw how engaged the audience were with the whole experience, I realised it was going to be a special evening.
Technical issues aside (I think my looper pedal had stage fright and refused to cooperate), the show was a resounding success. It was a sold-out audience and I got a real impression that people left feeling they’d played a part in something very special.
Thanks to all of YOU for making this possible through your support. On with the journey…
